It is a pyramid not a plate, the plate doesn't have every thing, the pyramid is more descriptive.I think the pyramid poster is easier because I have been using it for a long time and it is easy to read.Yes I do because I eat a fruit of a veggie every day.

I think bowling is considered a life time activity because people old to small play so people play it not all but some of their life with friends. I think bowling is a sport because people play all the time, in teams , and because we play it in gym.I think muscular strength because you carry a heavy ball most of the time and you swing and flick your wrist so i think it is muscular strength.
